Vinification

Destemming, inoculation with autochthone yeasts selected from the Nemea area and extraction for a few days at relatively low temperatures. After the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the malolactic fermentation follows.

Organoleptic characteristics

Fermenting only in stainless steel tanks with rich red fruit, we get an intense ruby ​​colour. Intense fresh cherry and berries, cinnamon and nutmeg.

A top fresh version of the Agiorgitiko becomes a juicy bomb of herbs and cherry. It is round and youthful, with soft tannins as it has a moderate density. Fruitful, medium-lasting aftertaste. It is even drunk slightly cool.

It accompanies pizzas, grilled meats, light red sauce dishes, but also dishes like moussaka, oil-based veggies, etc. And of course, it is an excellent wine in a glass by itself. Although red, it stands out best chilled at 12-14 ˚C

Organoleptic characteristics

"Red in Black" is the result of a selected Agiorgitiko from the hills surrounding the Nemea plain and a few days of extraction at relatively low temperatures.

The resulting red wine is characterized by a red-violet color and aromas of gooseberry and pomegranate. It tastes filled with velvety tannins while leaving a pleasant feeling of notes of spices and butter caramel.

Although red it emerges better cool at 12-14 °C and goes with flavors such as cheese soufflé and rooster in wine sauce.
